Anthony Frisina is the principal of Frisina Lawyers. He joined his brother Nick at the firm — then known as Frisina & Associates — in 1985, was admitted as a solicitor in 1991, and has spent his career at the firm acting for injured people. In 1998 he was accredited by the Law Society of New South Wales as an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law, a formal recognition gained through a rigorous assessment and examination process.
In 2012, when the Workers Compensation Independent Review Office was established, Anthony was one of the first lawyers in New South Wales to receive approval as an authorised legal service provider — Lawyer no. 005. In plain terms, that office was set up to oversee legal services for injured workers, and Anthony was approved to act under it from its very first days.
Anthony is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales and the Liverpool–Fairfield District Law Society. He leads the firm's work across workers compensation, motor accident claims, public liability and TPD and superannuation claims.
Domenic Frisina is a lawyer at Frisina Lawyers. He commenced with the firm in 2016 as a clerk, working predominantly in workers compensation — learning injury claims from the ground up. After completing his law degree at the University of Technology Sydney, he was admitted as a lawyer of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2021, and he is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales and the Liverpool–Fairfield Law Society.
The practice began in 1980, when Nick Frisina opened Frisina & Associates. Anthony joined five years later, and the firm has stayed in family hands ever since — more than 45 years of acting for injured people in South Western Sydney. Our lawyers are supported by a small team you'll get to know quickly — law clerk Matthew Frisina, legal assistants Angela and Vicki, and Kellie, who looks after the front desk. Between our two offices, we act for injured people across Liverpool, South Western Sydney and the Macarthur region.
