How do I get to your Liverpool office?

Our office is on Level 1 at 84 Bathurst Street, in the heart of Liverpool's CBD, and it's easy to reach by car or public transport whether you're coming from Fairfield, Campbelltown or anywhere across South Western Sydney. When you book, we'll give you simple directions and suggest the handiest place to park.

If you have trouble finding us on the day, call (02) 9602 4999 and we'll point you in the right direction.

Who will you see at the Liverpool office?

You'll deal with our own lawyers, led by principal Anthony Frisina. Anthony was admitted as a solicitor in 1991 and has been an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law with the Law Society of NSW since 1998. Domenic Frisina, admitted in 2021, also practises at the firm.

We're a family-run firm and we keep things personal: we explain the law in plain language, keep you informed at every step, and return your phone calls. Meet everyone on our team page or read more about the firm.

What can we help you with?

From Liverpool we act in the four areas we focus on: workers compensation for people injured at work; motor accident claims for injured drivers, passengers, pedestrians and cyclists; public liability claims for injuries in shops, on footpaths and in other public places; and TPD claims made through your superannuation when injury or illness stops you working.

Whatever the claim type, our aim is the same: to help you pursue the treatment costs, lost income and any lump sum entitlements the law provides, while making the process as simple and stress-free as possible.

Which suburbs do we serve from Liverpool?

From Bathurst Street we act for injured people across Liverpool and the surrounding suburbs of South Western Sydney. If you live or work in any of the areas below, our Liverpool office will usually be your closest — and if you're nearer the Macarthur region, our Gregory Hills office may suit you better.

  • Liverpool
  • Casula
  • Moorebank
  • Prestons
  • Cabramatta
  • Fairfield
  • Warwick Farm
  • Lurnea
  • Miller
  • Green Valley

If your suburb isn't listed, call us anyway — we act for injured people across NSW.

What happens at your first visit?

Your first consultation is obligation-free. You can sit down with us, explain what happened and find out where you stand, with no pressure and no obligation to go ahead. There's nothing to lose by getting in touch.

It helps to bring anything you already have about your injury: letters from the insurer, a claim number if one exists, medical certificates or reports, payslips or other records of lost income, and photos of the accident or your injuries. If you don't have much of this yet, come anyway — we can still advise you. You can also ask us how our fees work.
